ROPE??

Two questions today, this bought from Charity shop.
It is wrapped in a very loose netting. The inside is
reallllly soft. Does anyone know if it is used as rope
or taken out of the netting to use the inside.
Any takers.... I have no idea what this is for...

I am sorry to say that I have no idea to suggest for this and the other one (except to knit/crochet the rope strands). But, I'm eagerly await to see what you'll come out with them. You have the most creative mind!

I would suggest it's piping. You wrap in in material. Piping is soft and covered in netting. It's great for beading too. Play with it! Sew it! Use it as stems for flowers! It's texture! Die it!
Cheers, Denise

I've seen this used to make straps for fabric purses. You cover it with fabric and then attach it to the bag.

Go to this website and scroll downt to see how this designer is using it.
