I FINALLY GET TO MEET ARTMIXER

Okay I'm editing this to clarify this is not a pic of artmixer
sorry Marion, Sandy said you'd find the humour in it.
This was one of my most special days, we were heading
over to Marions house (Artmixer), I didn't det a chance to meet
her on my last trip. We headed north east, went by the American
army base, got to see one of there new boombers that stoped and turned
on a dime. Really loud and scary..
Of course we went a little out of our way but thats the best way to
travel. stopped at Tescos, got some Strollen with marsipan filling.
We went down a tiny lane freally only room for one car, saw a handmade
saying Becareful slow kittens ahead... Pretty funny..
The turned a corner and saw this oh soooooo cute goat with his
shaggy legs.
Around a couple of more bends in the lane and we were at Marions house.
She has her art work everywhere, where ever the feeling hits her.
She made us a yummy pasta for lunch and Stollen for desssert.
We look at everthing so much going on in house, so inspiring..
We got to go through her dyed tex stash, she so generously told
us to take what we liked..She gave us a fabulous wee felting workshop
it was the best... We had such a fun time and was just so inspired by
all she does. It was a wonderful day, then we all went to the pub for a
delicous meal with her perfect soulmate dear hubby. What a lovely couple.
It was a day etched in my memories, to be revisited often....
