COUNTRY DRIVE

We'll be going to this fair today..

so I started to call them..

He came righ up to the fence,
I wish I'd had something to
feed him..

The trees are just starting to turn..

It was hot, the rays were coming out of the clouds..

We stop at Lumsdens fruit and veg market.
They give hayrides till Halloween, cute display.

REFLECTED CLOUDS

I was downtown yesterday coming home
from Tonnice's house and was stopped
when I saw the clouds reflected in the
mirrored building.
I LOVE this pic......

SPRAYED INK

I tried spraying ink on some card stock.
I had 2 little spray bottles, mixed ink
and alcohol-2part ink 1part alcohol.
Then sprayed the cards.
with only 2 colors I opted for
Orange and Green.
They turned out nice, but I think its
better to buy the ones already mixed.
I made a mess and really wasn't sure the
of the amount.
I did this cause the ones you get on line
are quit pricey and I already had the ink.
I like how they turned out though.
But I used up a lot of ink..

OFF TO MANITOULIN ISLAND

Cool rocks, there are thousands on the island.
We went for breakfast with our DC Rick
then desided to go to the island to visit
our other cousins. We stopped at Marlene and
Don's cottage first. It was our first time there.
They have been buliding it for 30 years.
They finished it 2 years ago, Don is now retired
and Marlene is retiring this year.
They are going to spend a lot of time there now..

I still have no art to show you, I'm almost finished my
fabric pages they were giving me agro, but at least
have finished sewing them thank goodness.
It was killing my right hand so I had to put
my brace on to work on them..
I will be able to start some new stuff very
soon. I won't be able to show you the fabric pages
untill I recieve them all from the other artist and
they get them back. I will post my other art before that...

I just can't believe the trees growing out of the deck.
She even has a cover for her umbrella LOL.
We had just missed a heavy down pour.
Everything was still wet..

Nice arbour to go into the back yard, not sure
what is growing on it..
